Cancellations
- Cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the scheduled rental start date are non-refundable.
- No-shows or cancellations after the rental period starts are non-refundable.
Early Returns
Returning vehicles earlier than the agreed time will not result in partial
refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your
original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Violations of rental terms.
- Damage, theft, or loss due to renter’s negligence.
- Administrative or service fees.
