Thank you for choosing Quick Ceylon Rentals. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth rental experience.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the rental period starts are non-refundable.
Early Returns
Returning vehicles earlier than the agreed time will not result in partial
refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your
original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Violations of rental terms.
- Damage, theft, or loss due to renter’s negligence.
- Administrative or service fees.
